All positions are based at our Hatton Garden atelier in London, with flexible working available for select roles.
Design new collections and bespoke commissions for our Hatton Garden atelier. Translate client visions into detailed technical drawings and CAD-ready specifications.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in jewellery design or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (RhinoGold, MatrixGold, or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating fine jewellery design
- Understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and manufacturing techniques
Handcraft, set, and finish fine jewellery pieces to the highest standard. Work with platinum, gold, and precious gemstones in our in-house Hatton Garden workshop.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years bench experience with precious metals
- Stone setting proficiency (claw, channel, pave, bezel)
- Experience with platinum and gold alloys
- Attention to detail and quality-first mindset
Create photorealistic 3D renders and production-ready CAD files for bespoke commissions and new product lines. Bring concepts to life for client approvals and manufacturing.
What We're Looking For
- Expert in RhinoGold, MatrixGold, or equivalent jewellery CAD
- Experience with rendering software (KeyShot, V-Ray)
- Understanding of manufacturing constraints and tolerances
- Portfolio of jewellery CAD work
Assess, grade, and source diamonds and precious gemstones. Provide expert consultations to clients on stone selection and quality. Ensure all gemstones meet MOH London standards.
What We're Looking For
- GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG) or FGA qualification
- Experience grading natural and lab-grown diamonds
- Knowledge of coloured gemstones and their market
- Strong client communication skills
Welcome clients to our Hatton Garden showroom and guide them through our collections. Deliver a personalised luxury experience from initial consultation through to aftercare.

- Empathetic and patient approach to client relationships
Oversee the entire post-purchase journey — from order fulfilment and delivery to aftercare and lifetime maintenance. Ensure every touchpoint reflects the MOH London standard.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing customer service in luxury or premium brands

- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer feedback tools

Drive the online shopping experience — merchandising, conversion optimisation, and product launches. Analyse performance data to continuously improve the digital storefront.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing a luxury or premium e-commerce site
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console)
- Understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital merchandising
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and email. Manage SEO initiatives and content strategy to grow organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise ROI
- Experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
Produce high-quality product photography, lifestyle imagery, and video content for web, social media, and advertising. Capture the beauty and detail of fine jewellery.
What We're Looking For
- Portfolio of product or jewellery photography
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere)
- Understanding of e-commerce image requirements and social content formats
Own the MOH London social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Create content calendars, build community, and grow brand awareness with a luxury voice.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record growing luxury or premium brand social channels
- Strong visual eye and copywriting skills
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Understanding of influencer and partnership marketing
Coordinate daily operations across inventory, supplier relationships, and order fulfilment. Ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes so every client experience is seamless.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations management, ideally in retail or luxury goods
- Strong supplier and vendor relationship management

Manage the secure dispatch of high-value jewellery — from packaging and insurance to Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL coordination. Ensure every delivery meets the luxury unboxing standard.
What We're Looking For

Build and enhance our e-commerce platform using Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. Work on features that directly impact the customer experience — from product discovery to checkout.
