Our Returns Policy
We offer free returns on all eligible UK fine jewellery orders. You may choose to exchange your piece or return it for a full refund, paid via your original payment method.
To initiate a return, please contact us or email sales@mohlondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following conditions:
Return Timeframe
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. You must initiate the return within 30 days and return the item within one week of notifying us.
Condition
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in a perfect saleable condition with all original packaging.
Documentation
The item must be returned with all supporting paperwork, including any GIA or IGI certificates and gemstone grading reports.
Original Components
The jewellery must not be missing any of its original diamonds or gemstones.
Alterations
MOH purchases are void of warranty and refunds the moment a third-party jeweller attempts to work on any piece.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
For some bespoke designs, a £200 restocking fee may be deducted from your return total. You will be notified of this before placing your order.
How to Return
Notify Us
Contact our team within 30 days of receipt to initiate your return. We will provide a prepaid return label for UK orders.
Package Securely
Place the item in its original box with all documentation. Use secure outer packaging to protect it in transit.
Ship with Proof of Postage
Retain your tracking reference. Items lost in transit before reaching us cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Inspection & Refund
All returned goods are inspected upon receipt. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured courier service. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" on any customs documentation to avoid import duties.
