Engagement Offer 2025

Customers who purchase an engagement ring during the promotional period and meet the eligibility criteria below will receive a complimentary pair of Round 4 Claw Platinum Lab Diamond Earrings. The total carat weight of the earrings depends on the purchase value of the engagement ring.

Offer Period

• Promotion codes are valid until 31st December 2025 (23:59 GMT).
• Discounted prices are only available during the specified period and cannot be applied before 24 November or after 31 December 2025.
• Eligible engagement ring purchases must total £2,000 or more (including VAT).
• Apply the promo code at checkout online, or quote the code when booking a store visit.
• Promo codes are obtained by signing up for marketing emails via mohlondon.com and must not be shared.
• Only valid MOH engagement ring purchases qualify; other jewellery or services do not count toward the minimum spend.

Gift Details

• Eligible customers will receive:
  • £2,000 – £3,499 → 0.60 ctw earrings (uncertified, VS clarity, D–F colour, Ball Claws)
  • £3,500+ → 1.00 ctw earrings (uncertified, VS clarity, D–F colour, Ball Claws)
• One pair of earrings per eligible customer, regardless of multiple purchases.
• Offer available while stocks last.
• MOH may substitute a similar value gift if necessary.
• Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Redemption

• Online: Enter promo code at checkout.
• Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or after the promotion ends.

Exclusions & Limitations

• Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
• Earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Earrings will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• If the engagement ring is returned, the gift earrings must also be returned in original condition and packaging at the customer’s expense.
• Custom ring orders must be placed and deposit paid during the promotional period (24 November – 31 December 2025). Modifications after the period may affect eligibility.
• MOH reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time or withhold gifts in cases of suspected misuse.

Returns Policy

• Standard 30-day Return Policy applies.
• Only “Ready to Ship” engagement rings are refundable.
• Made-to-order rings including “Create Your Own” are non-refundable.
• Earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

General Terms

• Offer valid only for qualifying online purchases during the promotional period.
• Free earrings are excluded from lifetime manufacturer’s warranty but include a 12-month limited warranty.
