    • HOW DO I ORDER ON RAREVER.COM?

      Ordering on rarever.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “ADD TO CART” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the simple directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

      We are delighted to offer our customers the option to purchase any Rarever item including engagement rings over the phone. Our teams of dedicated Diamond Experts are on hand to guide and assist you, answering any questions you may have.       In Our Showroom

      You can also place an order in our showroom. You are also welcome to visit our showroom to see your chosen piece before you buy. Simply make an appointment email [email protected] to visit our showroom to view samples, and we can take your order there and then.

    • DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?

      No. You can use guest checkout service for quick purchase. However, we recommend you to create an account to shop with us. This enables us to send you order confirmation emails, dispatch emails and keep you posted on the status of your order. The process itself is very simple and only takes a few minutes! Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You can either sign up first, or you can start shopping and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best. Just follow the easy steps on screen and remember to have your payment and address details to hand. Your billing address should be exactly the same as the address to which your credit/ debit card is registered.

    • IS ON-LINE PRICE INCLUDING VAT ?

      VAT is charged at 20% and is included in the retail price. The price you see is the price you pay (no hidden extras). Our consultants are available Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00; closed on public holidays.

      All orders packaged in a plain and discreet manner, in accordance with our secure packaging in transit policy. Our external packaging makes no reference to our brand name or jewellery. This is to ensure that the precious contents are not advertised. However, the packaging on the inside is elegant Rarever Gift Box and ready to be presented to that special person. For shipping, fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed in an outer carton.

    • HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

    • YOUR SYSTEM CAN'T FIND MY POSTCODE ?

      To make the checkout process faster and easy we use automated system to finding the postcodes. However occasionally this system fails to identify an address or a postcode. If this happens to you, simply type your details in line by line. If you need further assistance please contact us

    • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

      If we have an item in stock we can sometimes deliver the next day if necessary, but in general we state 21 working days for all items that are made to order (a few items will take 3-4 weeks).

      Every item has different delivery times, and you can see these on the product pages. If you need your order urgently or for a very specific date, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to have your item ready in time.

    • WILL I RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR MY PURCHASE ?

      Yes. After you have placed an order, you will receive email confirmation almost immediately.  Please do check your junk mail folder to make sure our automated confirmation has not been diverted to that folder.

    • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    • IS IT POSSIBLE MY ORDER TO RECEIVE IT SOONER THAN THE DATE GIVEN?

      If you need your order sooner than the expected timeframe on our website, we are happy to offer “PRIORITY” production service on most of our jewelry. All requests to Priority Service are subject to a non-refundable production service fee to ensure the order advances in our production queue.  Please contact us for more information about placing an expedited order.

    • HOW DO I AMEND MY ORDER ?

      If you wish to amend your order, or have important information to tell us, for instance a change of address, then please email us on [email protected]. Please don't forget to include your order number, and a detailed explanation of what you would like us to do.

    • WHAT IF I WANT A CENTER STONE SHAPE THAT IS NOT OFFERED FOR THAT SETTING ?

      Many of our settings can be easily modified to accommodate a different center stone shape than what is offered online. Please contact us to discuss all of your modification options.

    • I LIKE A PIECE OF JEWELRY ON YOUR SITE, BUT WOULD YOU MAKE A SMALL CHANGE FOR ME?

      Many of our pieces are made to order, which makes us able to customize our standard items to fit your personal preferences. For example, we can modify the center gem shape, the finish, the precious metal, and the gems that we set. Contact us to discuss now!

    • CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN A CUSTOM PIECE OF JEWELRY ?

      Rarever specializes in full custom design, and can create whatever jewelry piece you desire. For more details, please visit our page on Custom Designed Jewelry or contact us.

    • HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU CREATE AND DELIVER A CUSTOM PIECE ?

      Most designs take between 2-5 days to complete. Once you have approved the final design, we will create and deliver your custom-designed ring within 3-4 weeks. The exact time frame will be confirmed with you once we know more about your requirements and the complexity of your design. To start designing your custom engagement ring please contact us.

    • CAN I PUT A DIAMOND OR PARTICULAR JEWELLERY ON HOLD ?

      YES! We are happy to extend a formal hold for you, for a limited time. Please contact us for more information.

    • CAN YOU CREATE OR SEND ME SAMPLE RING?

      For bespoke items, we can make you a sample using 925 silver and AAA cubic zirconia for a fee of £100. Please note that samples are intended to provide you with a close representation of the bespoke piece and may not be 100% identical to the final item.

    • DOES THE PRODUCTS COME WITH ANY WARRANTY ?

      All our items come with a 1-year warranty which is valid from the date the item is received. If your purchase develops a fault or defect within 1 years of purchase, we will fix the item or replace it with a brand new product free-of-charge. Please note Terms & Conditions Apply.

    • WHAT IF I WANT ADDIOTIONAL PHOTOS OF THE ITEM ?

      Yes, we can send you additional photos of the item you are interested in, just ask a member of our team.

    • WHAT ABOUT RING RESIZING ?

      The first ring sizing is free of charge within 30 days of purchase, after which there is a flat fee of £50.

    • HOW CAN YOU OFFER SUCH BIG SAVINGS?

      Offering big savings is fairly easy for us as we manufacture the jewellery hence no middleman and pass great direct savings on to you.

      The quality of our jewellery is in no way affected by the savings we make. In fact, most of our jewellery is of a higher quality than you'd typically find on a high street.  We use a skilled group of craftsmen and master jewellers that are very experienced.

      We are also members of the National Association of Jewellers, which means that we are regulated and abide by their standards. Additionally, we have our own team of expert craftsmen who work on our extensive range of UK hallmarked and UK handcrafted jewellery.

    • CAN YOU ENGRAVE MY RING?

      Yes! We offer an engraving service and the charge for this is £20 per ring. If you'd like your ring engraved, there is an option for this within the product details where you will also select the ring size. You can type the engraving you'd like, and £20 will be added to the price of your ring.

      Important Things about Engraving There are a number of very important things you should note about engraving: Engraving will add 3-4 days onto the delivery time of your ring There is a character limit on most rings Resizing a ring is not possible after engraving Engraving a ring means refunds are not possible

      We strongly recommend that you discuss any engraving requirements with our Customer Care Team, take your time choosing the perfect ring, and also ensure you take the perfect measurements by using our Ring Size Guide

    • CAN YOU FIND ANY COLOUR AND SIZE DIAMOND OR GEMSTONE FOR ME ?

      Yes! We can find almost anything you require with our worldwide network of suppliers and access to tens of thousands of diamonds and gemstones.

    • I WOULD LIKE TO USE MY OWN DIAMOND CAN YOU PROVIDE ANY SERVICE FOR GEMSTONE SETTING ?

      Yes! If you have inherited, purchased or received your diamonds or gemstones elsewhere, we can still create your custom ring.

      Rarever Policy details for any diamonds you provide us are as follows:

      • There is a diamond handling fee to cover the setting, appraisal and insurance of your diamond. Costs are £150 for any diamond in sizes between 0.01-0.50ct and £250 for diamonds over 0.50ct.
      • If your diamond does not have an existing grading report, we will request that you grade it with our local laboratory at a cost of £50. We will take care of this for you. All fees will be included in the quotation. Our consultant will provide you all the details with regards to this process.
  • RESIZING FAQs
    • CAN I RESIZE MY RING ?

      Resizing a ring is possible for most rings. However, it is not possible to resize eternity rings, rings that have been engraved, or rings that have too large a difference for resizing.

      IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG RING SIZE - RESIZING SERVICE

      If the size you ordered turns out to be incorrect, we are usually able to resize the ring for you. This service normally has a standard cost, starting from £25.00. Bear in mind, however, that the exact resize fee depends on the amount of adjustment needed and the particular style of the ring.

      Also, please note that certain rings, such as full eternity rings, cannot be resized (or returned or exchanged). If this is the case, we will already have clearly notified you of this before we proceeded with your order.

    • UPGRADING SIZE / CARAT WEIGHT ?

      Upgrading diamond size is simply upgrading diamond weight. Remember “The Bigger The Better” is true when it’s come to diamond size.

    • WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED FOR MY ORDER ?

      Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. If successful your card will be charged immediately.

    • WHAT PAYMENTS METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT ?

      We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed below. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

      Credit Cards or Debit Cards

      We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that a non-refundable surcharge of 2.55% is applicable when you select the American Express card to make a purchase. For particular card payments you will be asked to enter your Internet banking password used for MasterCard Secure code. Unfortunately without a password, we will not be able to authorise your card, and your order will be incomplete.

      Paypal

      You can place an order using PayPal as payment option online by selecting it as payment option during checkout process.

      If you'd prefer to pay via a PayPal account over a phone, simply get in touch with our Customer Care Team or email at [email protected] and we will send you a PayPal request. On receipt of the request, simply make the payment and email us with the payment details and you will receive the Order Confirmation against your order.

    • IS THERE ANY SECURITY DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS ?

      Yes, all data is transmitted in SSL encrypted format. For payment with Visa and MasterCard only SEC (Secure Electronic Trading) transactions will be accepted. After confirming that the card is part of the SEC system, the system will connect with the issuing bank in order for the customer to authorize the purchase. As soon as the bank has confirmed the authentication, the charge will be made against the card. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

    • CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

      We have a no quibble 30 day Returns Policy on most jewellery, subject to the terms outlined in our Returns Policy.

    • WHAT IF I DISLIKE THE RING AND I WANT TO RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT?

      We offer all our customers a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for another item. When you return an item we will issue your refund immediately, or arrange for an exchange for another item of your choice (the value does not have to be the same, as we will either refund you/take payment for the difference).  Please see our Returns page for more details.

    • WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO RETURN IT ?

      It’s very simple - all you have to do is let us know as soon as possible and we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. Usually, the item should be sent back to us as received, in a saleable condition i.e. unworn and without damage to the item. We reserve the right to reject refund claims where we believe the item is not returned in a saleable condition.

    • HOW DO I SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT?

      You can search for any of our products by using the search box. It is pretty clever and you should find exactly what you are looking for.

    • I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK

      The website is designed to automatically hide from view items and sizes out of stock on the website, so if the item or size you require is not showing, we're sold out I'm afraid. But please either find an alternative or check back as stock levels and products are updated daily.

    • I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY SHOPPING BAG

      Once an item has been added to your basket it will stay in there until you proceed to checkout. It is recommended that once you add an item to your bag, you proceed to the checkout process straight away or within 30 min due to limited supply. If you don't purchase within this time frame, the items will be removed from your shopping cart and made available for others to purchase.

    • I CAN’T SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT

      When you want to shop with us or access your account, we ask you to sign in. If you find that your email address or password is not recognised, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us.
